Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Energy Desk Media ("we", "us") sells digital licences to download photographs and video — supplied instantly as downloadable files. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, the terms below apply.

Refunds

• Before download: if you have purchased a licence but have not yet downloaded the file, you may cancel it for a full refund.
• After download: once the high-resolution file (JPEG or TIFF) has been downloaded, the licence is considered delivered and consumed and is non-refundable.
• Duplicate or failed charges: any duplicate, erroneous, or failed charge is refunded in full.
• Exclusive buyouts: an exclusive buyout removes the asset from our library and transfers it to you alone; once delivered it is final.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before payment. After payment, the refund rules above apply. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at the email below quoting your order or licence reference.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with a purchase, please email us at hello@energydesk.africa. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to resolve genuine issues quickly. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment provider (Paystack).

The Energy Desk carries responsibility for fulfilment of licences purchased through this site.
